She has spent 20-years in the private sector as well as large, small and startup business, building industry relationships, growing talent, and managing business operations As a proven change catalyst, she now applies her expertise, and experience, in partnering with small businesses to provide the integral link to position them for sustained success, profitability, growth and expansion.

Sanjay Shah, CTO, bring over 20+ years in the IT & Business Consulting industry, Sanjay brings his invaluable Big 4 experience to Chaand Solutions. He has worked with over 22 clients, implementing complex systems in both the public and private sectors. He has an MS in Engineering from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles and is a certified ITIL, AWS, Blockchain, Robotic Process Automation and Scrum Master. Sanjay brings a deep knowledge in the field of Quality Assurance Management, Enterprise Resource Planning and Enterprise Performance Management.
